Fresh rhubarb season has arrived at Blake’s! Known for its bold tart flavor and beautiful spring color, rhubarb is a longtime favorite for pies, jams, baked goods, cocktails, and more. Wander the fields, harvest crisp stalks straight from the plant, and experience one of spring’s most nostalgic farm traditions. Starting around May 11th, enjoy the fresh flavors of the season and bring home a true taste of spring.
