An unforgettable experience

Blake’s provides a fun and educational visit for students of all ages. Take a wagon or train ride to the orchard where children view agriculture and enjoy a unique farm experience. Enjoy a day filled with age-appropriate activities and a hands-on apple and/or pumpkin picking experience. Most importantly a trip to Blake’s will provide your student with an experience they will never forget.

The Michigan Apple Committee offers a free educational kit designed to help teachers introduce students to the importance of apples and the apple industry in Michigan. This downloadable PDF includes lessons and activities that highlight the significance of this specialty crop to our state.

  • Minimum of 20 students to book
  • Adult chaperones are required to pay the entry fee. 
  • Please follow signs for designated bus parking upon arrival
  • Please have your final participant count 7 days prior to arrival
  • Dress for the weather and teachers please bring permanent markers
  • Send a representative to check in while students unload from the bus.
  • 1 adult/companion per 20 students is recommended.

payment information

  • All payments are non-refundable. Payments can be transferred to another date due to inclement weather.
  • Please complete payment in one lump sum 7 days prior to the event by phone OR  in-person upon arrival.
  • We accept all major credit cards & school district checks (personal checks not accepted).
  • No individual payments please.
