The heavyweight champion of the summer squash family is available for picking at the Orchard. Zucchini is 95% water so when preparing, it is best to sear instead of roast like you would a traditional squash. All the pastry chefs out there know how great zucchini can be and a freshly baked zucchini bread, a favorite among most. Whatever your intention is, come get your freshly picked zucchini while it lasts!
