The Santa you hired was so incredibly kind and personable. He took so much time with each child. He was wonderful. The Santa setup in the tent was beautiful and we appreciated being able to take as many photos and videos as we wanted.

We enjoyed how well Santa interacted with the kids. He was so patient with our shy daughter and by the end she was giving him high fives and smiling.

We reserved a late 7pm train ride on a Sunday and we had Santa all to OURSELVES! It was completely unexpected but truly magical! Santa was phenomenal and very good with the entire family. We will definitely be back next year! Even if we have to share ; )

Dates & times book up quickly and walk-ins are not guaranteed. Capacity is limited by Santa’s ability to see everyone in a set time. We want everyone to enjoy their time with Santa!
We strive to provide a Magical Moment for you and your family to continue the spirit and magic of Christmas. We hope you get the perfect family picture for your Christmas card, but that is not our purpose; Our purpose is to experience the magic. You are welcome to take your own pictures and Mrs. Claus/Elf will be happy to snap a photo of the group, but we will not spend extra time positioning everyone, checking to make sure the photo is perfect, or be held accountable for photo mishaps.
Please arrive on time. We will try to accommodate you, but you may have to come a different night if we are booked. No promises.
