Recipe: Greek Inspired Chopped Salad - Blake Farms

This easy salad utilizes nearly every ingredient in this week’s box! You can add as much or as little of each ingredient as you like. Measure with your heart! Fresh vegetables and a creamy, satisfying dressing make this salad a summer staple.


  • 4 mini cucumbers, diced 

  • 1 bunch vine tomatoes, diced 

  • 1 bunch radishes, diced 

  • ½ red onion, finely diced 

  • 2 tablespoons Italian parsley, finely chopped 

  • 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped 

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 

  • ¾ cup Feta cheese, crumbled 

  • ½ cup mayonnaise 

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt 

  • Salt and pepper to taste.  


  1. Make the dressing. Combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, dill, garlic, and salt and pepper into a bowl and whisk until mixed thoroughly. Set aside. 
  2. Dice the cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and radishes. Put all the vegetables in a large bowl. You can salt and pepper the vegetables as well. Add the feta cheese and mix well.  
  3. Combine the dressing with the vegetable and feta mixture and mix until the dressing is evenly coated. Serve cold or enjoy immediately!
