Each classroom will receive an exclusive goat plushy and copy of The Three Silly Goats & Their Stuff Book by Aaron Burakoff
On a lively farm, three resourceful and playful goats—Bobby, Betty, and Bennie—decide they want more than just the fields and barns: they dream of creating the ultimate playground. Their imaginations run wild as they gather all sorts of fun “stuff” to build their ideal play space right on their own farm. But their imaginative project isn't without obstacles—enter a mischievous, greedy mole who doesn't appreciate the goat trio’s efforts. Will this sneaky critter get in the way of their playground dreams, or will the goats’ teamwork and creativity triumph? This charming children’s tale by Aaron Burakoff is a whimsical, farm-themed retelling of The Three Billy Goats Gruff, reframed in a lighthearted, farmyard playground-building adventure.
The Michigan Apple Committee offers a free educational kit designed to help teachers introduce students to the importance of apples and the apple industry in Michigan. This downloadable PDF includes lessons and activities that highlight the significance of this specialty crop to our state.
Join us at Blake’s for a fun and educational winter adventure! Students will explore the outdoors and learn all about evergreen trees—the ones that stay green all year long. We’ll discover the different kinds of evergreens, how they survive in the cold, and why they’re so important for animals in the winter.
It’s a great way to learn about nature, get some fresh air, and enjoy the beauty of winter!
