Join us for an elegant evening featuring a four-course cider pairing dinner. This ticketed dining experience highlights fresh seasonal ingredients, rich flavors, and thoughtfully selected hard cider pairings designed to complement each course.

Between courses, guests will have time to relax, enjoy their cider pairings, and learn a bit more about the flavors, pairings, and cider-making process throughout the evening. This is a relaxed, coursed dining experience designed to be enjoyed slowly with good conversation, great food, and perfectly paired cider.

Seating is limited and reservations are required. We look forward to hosting you for a memorable evening with us.

The evening will begin with a Strawberry Basil Burrata paired with Imperial Blush, followed by a Creamy Asparagus Soup served with Pom Fizz. The main course features braised lamb lollipops in a plum and hot mustard sauce with garlic confit potatoes and fresh greens, paired with your choice of American Apple or Plum Harvest Hard Cider. To finish the evening, enjoy a Key Lime Curd S’more paired with Key Lime Pie Hard Cider for the perfect sweet ending.
