Artisan Sourdough Workshop

Ready to unlock the magic of real sourdough? Join a hands‑on, small‑group workshop designed for anyone who wants to bake bakery‑quality artisan loaves right from their own kitchen.
In this immersive class, you’ll work step‑by‑step through the entire sourdough process — mixing, folding, shaping, scoring, and baking — while learning the why behind every technique. Whether you’re a total beginner or looking to level up your bread game, you’ll leave confident, inspired, and fully equipped to keep baking at home.
This ticket includes the instructed class, banneton, lame, scale, and a booklet.
Bowls will be provided for mixing, so no need to bring anything with you!
