In this immersive class, you’ll work step‑by‑step through the entire sourdough process — mixing, folding, shaping, scoring, and baking — while learning the why behind every technique. This ticket includes the instructed class, banneton, lame, scale, and a booklet. Bowls will be provided for mixing, so no need to bring anything with you!
