Recipe: Fresh Cucumber & Feta Dip - Blake Farms

 This creamy and refreshing dip is a great addition to your summer BBQs! Serve with crackers or veggies for a crowd-pleasing appetizer. 


  • 1 cucumber, grated 

  • 4 ounces feta cheese 

  • ¼ cup sour cream 

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise 

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 

  • 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped 

  • 1-2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 

  • Salt and pepper, to taste 


  1. Peel and grate cucumber with the large grate side then drain as much water out of the cucumbers as you can by squeezing the cucumber in a dishtowel. Finely chop the garlic and dill and squeeze the juice from the lemon. 

  2. Combine all ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. 

  3. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour then serve and enjoy!
