INGREDIENTS:
Blake’s Product: Blake’s Peach Halves (1-32 oz Jar)
• ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
• 1 cup self rising flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup milk
• Homemade whipped cream
• Vanilla Ice Cream


INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Remove peaches from the jar, but save the syrup. Melt 1 stick of butter in a bowl & pour into a 8.5×11 baking dish. Combine sugar, self rising flour and mix well. Add in reserved peach syrup, 2% milk and mix well. Pour mix into baking dish. Place all peaches in dish. Place dish in oven & bake for 1hr, crust should be golden brown. Serve warm with your favorite ice cream & whipped cream!

Blake’s Apple Butter (1-16 oz Jar)
1¼ cup Blake’s Unsweetened Applesauce
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 3 tbsp milk
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans


INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Lightly grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan. Combine Apple Sauce, eggs, vegetable oil, milk and sugar.Mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and spices. When mixed slowly add dry ingredients to wet while mixing. After combined well fold in chopped pecans.  Pour batter into greased loaf pan.Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.Serve warm with cream cheese frosting or butter!
