Between courses\, guests will have time to relax\, enjoy their cider pairings\, and learn a bit more about the flavors\, pairings\, and cider-making process throughout the evening. This is a relaxed\, coursed dining experience designed to be enjoyed slowly with good conversation\, great food\, and perfectly paired cider. Seating is limited and reservations are required. The evening will begin with a Strawberry Basil Burrata paired with Imperial Blush\, followed by a Creamy Asparagus Soup served with Pom Fizz. The main course features braised lamb lollipops in a plum and hot mustard sauce with garlic confit potatoes and fresh greens\, paired with your choice of American Apple or Plum Harvest Hard Cider.
