Take your workout to the next level with High-Intensity Interval Training or HIIT. HIIT is comprised of short, hard bouts of both aerobic and anaerobic exercise broken up by brief recovery periods making it the fastest way to add lean muscle, shed fat, and boost metabolism. And because it is the most efficient, and effective, workout there is, you’ll continue burning calories, and fat, long after we’ve finished!
Tickets are $20 per person, per class. Tickets include access to the 60-minute, full-body class and a pint of craft cider or beer! All you will need with you is a yoga mat and water.
